Minshuku by the Sea, Napier Accommodation

Located on the beachfront of Bay View, with a magnificent view of Hawke’s Bay, Minshuku by the Sea offers you comfortable, warm and friendly hospitality.

The guest accommodation is a two bedroom self-contained unit. Guests can relax in their private lounge with a TV, a DVD player, and a mini-stereo unit.  There is a queen size bed in one bedroom and a set of king single beds in the second bedroom. A double futon sofa bed in the guest lounge can accommodate up to two extra guests of the same party. Guests also have their own cooking facilities. Laundry facility is available.

You are welcome to have breakfast upstairs watching the sunrise from the horizon or in the privacy of your own dining area in the guest lounge. You are also welcome to join us for your evening meals, we offer basic wholesome home cooked meals at a reasonable price.

We are only 5 minutes from Hawke’s Bay Airport and just 10 minutes drive to Napier central business district and within easy driving distance to wineries, restaurants, golf courses, or lake fishing. You can also enjoy a leisurely stroll on the beach, surfcasting or kontiki fishing right across the street.

We are a friendly couple who enjoy traveling and meeting people from all over the world. We speak English, Japanese and Cantonese. We have hosted many visitors from different countries over the years. Together with our friendly cat, we would like to make your stay a pleasurable 'home away from home'.
